More thoughts

Because I can't seem to form a real post, more random tidbits.

I was the Trix bunny for Halloween. This was the case b/c it was really easy to throw together and I needed that seeing as I decided 2 days before the party to go. And the theme was "advertising characters". I wanted the seemingly easy Native American costume that I could have turned into the Land O Lakes butter girl, but sadly could not find this in 2 days. In an area where I don't know the costume stores well. Also nixed due to bad stores: Tinker Bell Fruit Snacks, St. Paulie Girl. Gabe was Mr. T (he had a cereal!) and it was hilarious.

Rally to Restore Sanity Restored my Fear of crowds. It was massively crazy in DC on Saturday. I guess one place said 150,000 but then yesterday I saw 215,000 people. Whatever the number it was a freakin lot. Which is so awesome. (Except the Republicans still managed to get some wins yesterday...) I only heard about 3/4 of what I was there for, and I left early. If the weekend hadn't been so insane I would have made a huge DC day out of it and enjoyed myself more. Not that I didn't enjoy myself, but I really would have liked to get arrested for climbing a tree. Or something fun like that. I think if I'm ever going to get arrested it should be at a rally like this. Goals, right?

Do NOT babysit an adorable 6 month old with the man who broke up with you because he doesn't want babies. There's something very confusing about you rocking a baby at 1:30am and said man coming in to check on you and then sitting on the floor to keep you company. This is the short version of the story.

I may be experiencing a small bit of jealous rage since I am not on my way to New Zealand right now. Nor will I be next week.

I want to do NaNoWriMo. Seemed like it'd be a good distraction over the next few weeks. But I have felt like crap all week. I managed to get a bit of something written today but starting off behind sucks. I so far have no idea what my novel is about other than "this swinger guy". Hopefully my weekend of no plans means I'll get something rolling.

If the proposal from hell does not get extended and I have to work next weekend I'm going to lose it. I'm supposed to be in Baltimore having fun. I do not want to spend 20 hours of my weekend working. Yeah, the thing is 110 pgs plus the price volume. It's going to take forever. Come on extension! *fingers crossed*

Boys, if you want to kiss me, do not hug me, pull away, and say "Want to?". Cause even if I did before (I didn't in this case, but...) I really would not want to then. Just freakin go for it!

Also, if you break up with me, do not send me a song that says "It was not your fault but mine. And it was your heart on the line. I really fucked it up this time...". No, actually, thanks for the song, it's awesome. But stop sending conflicting messages! For everyone else, Fall. In. Love. with this song.
