Well, I put it off for a really long time, at first because I didn't ever intend to stay in Maryland, and then I guess I was just trying to make myself believe I was actually going to....but I finally went and got my Maryland drivers license today. And I registered to vote.
So, I'm officially a Marylander!

Colorado Rivers=Uncooperative
So I'm trying to book a white water rafting trip for while we're in Colorado.
The Poudre River is the closest to our cabin. The short trip is... well really short, but the long trip gets too difficult.
The perfect trip skill-wise is on the Upper Colorado. That is apparently 2.5 hours from our cabin. Which doesn't make the 8:30am departure for the day trip too appealing. I don't think I want to be leaving at 6am.
So we've determined we're going to take the short trip either way. The Colorado is probably longer and therefore better, but it's further away.
Why can't the Poudre (closer) river just have easier rapids so we could take the long trip?!
